Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

Every once in a while I get this urge to chop of my hair...I did it right after high school - I think that time was the most drastic I had SHORT SHORT hair! About a year after I had Miss M I chopped my hair...and today I cut it, I won't say I chopped it, but I did add some pretty short layers. I added a little product to my hair and blew it dry and you can see the natural waves - well as natural with product, I have...not the fun curls that Miss M has, but still it's something.
(and I really didn't cut it, I had it cut...)

So because I don't have my lap top with all my recent pictures and because I did not think of taking a picture before I had it cut...here is me with my longish hair.
and here is me with my short hair!!! Just kidding, it's just the shortest layer I have...also this is before my product and blow dry...

Ok Here is the final result...Miss M took this picture. I LOVE all the layers and I am so glad that I can still pull it back put it up if I need too...
(Hopefully K won't be too upset, shhh he doesn't know yet...)

LOVE the new haircut! You look great in layers! It's so fun to have a new style. And your face looks really thin (in a nice way) in these pictures from today by the way! Sorry for the rhyming :)

It looks so good! And did you cut it yourself? That's so neat.

Your hair looks great! From the short-layer picture, I think that would be a great cut for you, too. (But I do remember my mom complaining about short hair that it can't be pulled back in the summer.) -- Joe V. from Afghanistan :-)

I don't know if you will check this comment, but I love your hair. I haven't checked your blog lately so I'm having to catch up. Way to be brave and pick a new hair. I think you look even more beautiful with the layers.
